Commissions are paid based on the sale of product not on recruiting so every time a product is sold through your system, commission is paid. QTN’s EDGE compensation plan reaches our 4 goals above by incorporating multiple Commission Types all paying you at the same time. The entire Compensation Plan is based on a simple foundation of 2.

Plan First Goal: EDGE pays you early, rewarding the New Independent Representative quickly and lucratively. Direct Sales Commissions – Paid Weekly: We pay one of the largest Direct Sales Commissions in the Industry. Every time a product is sold, you can make up to $100 commissions. If these people become Independent Distributors as well, they then become “Profit Centers” or “Pay Legs” for you! Fast Start Bonus – Paid in the week following achievement: As a way of rewarding those that get a quick start, we pay a $100 Fast Start Bonus.
Continues to Unlimited Width creating “Profit Centers” as they become IR’s. * If the 1st and 2nd sale above occur in the first 30 days and they purchase the Quest Travel Advisor Membership (or you accumulate the equivalent in QV points), YOU will earn a Fast Start Bonus as well of $100. First Type: Leadership Title Bonus - Paid WeeklyVery simply put, the Leadership Title Bonus is “coded” to the “Title” of a member within the Leadership Titles of the company. When a sale is made, our fully automated commission tracking system looks immediately up-line and “codes” that sale to ALL titles that are up-line from the member that made the sale. Second Type: Activity Bonus – Paid MonthlyThe Activity Bonus is paid based on the monthly membership payments from ALL active memberships below you through 6 Leadership Levels of depth. For every member below you down 6 levels paying their monthly membership fee, you will earn an Activity bonus over and over…month after month after month. The Dual Team bonus is paid based on “cycles” within that “team” and is based and paid on the activities of your entire team. Our revolutionary Dual Team Bonuses are based on a 1/3, 2/3 cycling rule not like the typical 1/2, 1/2 (50-50) binaries you will see in most companies. With QTN, the weak “leg” only needs to have 1/3 of the total volume in order to pay a cycle bonus. Based on the Dual Team Bonus above, we will pay you 50% more or another $37.50 for every cycle completed in a commission week once 5 cycles in the commission week is obtained. The commission will be paid on every cycle up to the number of cycles per commission week you are eligible to earn. Fifth Type: Dream Car Bonus – Accrues Weekly
Sixth Type: Diamond Travel Director Bonus Pool – Paid MonthlyThe Diamond Travel Director Bonus Pool is designed to pay those that have taken their business very seriously and earned their way to the title of Diamond Travel Director. As a Diamond Travel Director within the company, you receive 1 share in the DTD bonus pool that pays out of the entire Company Business Volume for the month. Also, for every other DTD that you have within your team, you will receive another share.
Travel Rewards and Travel Center CommissionsHow would you like to literally travel the globe FREE? With the Quest Travel Network, you can do just that. Not only do you get paid lucratively as you build your team but you can also earn Travel Rewards points from QTN’s dual team structure and Commissions from your very own QTN Travel Center. Travel Rewards Points For every time you cycle within the Dual Team Bonus structure, you will earn 5 Travel Rewards Points and you can earn as much as $120 per week in Travel Rewards. You can use these points how ever you wish once you have taken your trip booked through your own Travel Center…they are just like cash! Travel Center Commissions Every Quest Travel Network Member will have their own commissionable Travel Center that can be used for both personal travel as well as for people worldwide looking for travel. Every time someone comes to your Travel Center and books travel though your site, you will earn up to 50% of the Travel Agents commission and the Travel Agent does all the work!
